1. Where?

The meeting will be held at Politecnico di Milano, campus Milano Leonardo. We'll work at the POuL's office, a Linux user association of Polimi. The university buildings close at 21.00, so we'll have to find some other solution to work later than that, the simplest thing would be to book 2 adjoining rooms at the hotel, if we fit.

From May 9th/10th to 13th.

LyX user conference (Monday): introduction to LyX usage for note-taking, see Tutorials, "LyX: advanced features" for the slides of one of the typical talks. Most probably the conference will be held in English.

4. Who?

Abdel: 11-12 for sure, not sure about 9, 10 or 13.
Jean-Marc: 9th (10:00 at malpensa aitport)-12th (19:25 at airport)
