Typeset Belgian letters

Typeset Belgian letters

beletter is a small class for typesetting letters in Belgium. Note that no assumption is made about the language used. The authors are James Kilfiger and Frank Lenaerts.

Since this class is essentially the same as the base letter.cls, it was pretty trivial to create a layout file. For further information: CreatingLayouts#quick.

The template is in English, but should still constitute a good starting point.
