Testing to notify about files that have been changed.

The magic happens in the script:

 ~lyx/www/wiki.lyx.org/local/Test.FilesNotify.php

Modify the script and then reload this page. Text should appear at the end of this page, letting you know what's happend.

To actually trigger the sending of e-mails, you likely will have to "touch" something among the uploaded files, e.g. the file

  ~lyx/www/wiki.lyx.org/uploads/SiteTest/aFile.txt
