Notice that text with the style %comment% is not shown, e.g. this piece of text ... is not shown.

Now we redefine the comment-style so that it will be shown through markup like this:

     %define=comment dummy%

Now this piece of text ... is shown. And in addition,

     T*<page-reference>

will display a normally invisible comment that appears at the first line of the page, like this:
