Things to do...

• Why isn't the styles "included" by default? As in Test.SiteWikiStyles?
• Fix the LyX:Field.SideBar properly

• Need to disable wikiwords eventually
• Need to search for [=LyX=], it's no longer needed.

Partially fixed things:

• Need to search for 'ThisGroup' and remove its use
  (for now I've defined this prefix temporarily)
• Removed use of 'ThisGroup', can disable this now.

• Convert pages to not using camel-case
  • In the meanwhile, make certain words link properly
    • LyX -> LyX:LyX/LYX
• Create Devel:Field.FieldMap and LyX:Field.FieldMap

Things to do further on...

• Use Site.GroupHeader-site and Field.GroupHeader-site instead of several GroupHeader etc
