How to use LyX for articles in the International Journal of Modern Physics (IJMP) section C and D.

1.  Description

The International Journal of Modern Physics is published by World Scientific. They provide guidelines and also LaTeX-classes for all their journals.

2.  Installation

1. Assuming that you are using MiKTeX, create a subfolder named ijmp in MiKTeX's latex package folder, e.g.
   C:\Program Files\MiKTeX\tex\latex\ijmp
   and

• for ijmpc: extract the file http://www.worldscientific.com/sda/1037/ijmpc-2e.zip to this folder.
• for ijmpd: extract the file http://www.worldscientific.com/sda/1037/ijmpd-2e.zip to this folder.

1. To make the new files visible for MiKTeX, use the Start menu Programs->MiKTeX->Settings and press there "Refresh FNDB".
2. In LyX use the menu Tools->Reconfigure, and then restart LyX.

3.  Templates

LyX includes the template files ijmpc.lyx for the ijmpc class and ijmpd.lyx for the ijmpd class.
